I was using sierra chartts with infinity package 5 for free using their data feed now i try to use new version of sierra 123 charts are not working have green conextion but unhable to bring charts up usinfg rithmicdata feed also they toll me that i can get 1 month for free with them but my charts are totally screw up i hate to believe that i lost all my work with sierra making my charts need help asp

unhable to duplicate charts it show dome but that's it

Open a chart through File >> Find Symbol.

If it does not appear then we need to see the Message Log.
