SC exchange feed incorrect NQ volume

SC exchange feed is reporting 144K nasdaqs NQH5 traded, when in fact it's about 14,000 right now. I have noticed this before but not reported it so I don't think it's a new or one-time issue.

Either the CME snapshot feed has been lost to both of our servers, which is unlikely, or this is what the CME is transmitting. Our impression is this is the volume value the CME is transmitting.
