Issue with one instrument for Sierra datafeed

Hi, Please advise if there is currently an issue with the Sierra live datafeed specifically on the CME 10 year (ZN). Other instruments are updating correctly, eg: ES However the ZN prices are not updating. I have tried opening a ZN chart as well as a ZN quote board. It appears as though im not receiving ZN data for some reason. I do not see any errors in the log. Thank you. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2015-02-18 13:58:27

Please see attached screenshot taken at 08:21 CST. The quote board contains the ES and ZN. As you can see the ES is fine. Last trade time is 08:21. Something is wrong with the ZN. Last trade time is 18:03 Thanks. |
