Sierra Chart and Transact random disconnections with green status bar. The bridge is not working

Too many disconnections with your software (4 time in 20 minutes!!!)
TransAct platform is working normally with zero disconnections

How is that possible??

Trading platform ok and the sierrabridge lost the connections
I am worried, I am not able to trade with these issues

You really need to contact TransAct support about this. They are the provider of the data feed and the bridge program.

Since the status of SC remains green, it's not possible to notice in real time that the data feed has stopped working
You could implement an alert that advice to restart the connection when there is no data incoming after 3/5 seconds
This is really important
This should be really useful for me and others with similar issues

P.s.: TA told me that they don't know how to solve this issue

This is not practical to implement since this can often be the case:

You could implement an alert that advice to restart the connection when there is no data incoming after 3/5 seconds

And TransAct would never approve of this since it would bombard their server with re-connections.
