Dear SC-Team, there seem to be some issues with the Trade DOM in the Eurex products. The depth is having some problems. This problem is only in the Eurex DOMs. The CME DOMs work fine so far. Do you have any suggestions? Here is a picture attached. |

In the case of TT FIX there really is no possibility a problem like this would be within Sierra Chart. Therefore it must be a data feed issue and the only suggestion we have is to select File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed to see if it corrects it. Thank you for your reply. I had this problem a few weeks ago. Today I saw this problem again. My data feed is TTNet. Thanks in advance. Please keep me up to date. |
