Is It Possible to Plot Cummulative Delta Bars Over Price Bars?

Obviously the scales are different for Cumulative Delta but are there scale settings that would allow you plot them over the actual price bars they correspond to in Chart Region 1? Something like this quick mockup(delta in lighter colors): http://s15.postimg.org/wifc0zrkb/deltaoverlay.jpg |

Not exactly like this. There is only the "Independent" Scale Range which would be appropriate.
