Because I changed the time-frame of three of my ECHO charts I am told I need to have them reloaded to my account. ( Echo 6 major pairs, Echo EURUSD & Echo XAU XAG). Please do so at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

We are not sure what is meant by Echo charts. This sounds like a custom Chartbook you are using.

There is nothing we need to do on our side.

If you want to re-download the data in the chart, select Edit >>Delete All Data and Download.
