I currently have pivot points set to calculate today only. However, it will also show yesterday's data until I open up the study settings, at which point the previous day's lines go away. This leads me to believe my settings are correct and for some reason the pivot point data is not recognizing my settings until refreshed. Is there anything I can do?

The only thing you can do to solve this is to recalculate the studies with Chart >>Recalculate. Otherwise, this is just how it will work as the chart is being built in real-time.
