There is too much of a gap between cumulative delta each open on stocks but I had to see that for myself.

You can solve this by setting the Cumulative Delta Bars study input Reset at Start of Trading Day to No. If you still want a refund, let us know and we will work on that but we do not know about refunding the exchange fee.
