displaying graphs problem

Hello Support team, I need help with displaying chartbooks. I received files (in attachment) and one of them do not display graph, the other is ok. The log reports that year must be 2 digits. I am common user and I do not know how to change it (accept simple name change which does not work). Thank you for your time and advice. Go to the chart and select Chart >> Chart Settings. Set the Symbol to NQH11 Simply change the year to two digits for other futures charts using the same method.
