I can find no ways in which Sierra charts enables the user to select any default colours for onjects such as rectangles based on chart symbol, timeframe or chartbook.

The most handy one would be per chartbook, i.e. replicating what other charting software has, this would mean that the settings of objects within a chartbook would remain specific to that chartbook. All I can find so far is Chart menu --> Graphics settings

Ideally we want objects such as rectangles to be included in this menu, as a possible solution to having chartbook 1: green objects, chartbook 2: blue objects etc

This would greatly improve the functionality of 'copy chart drawings from chart and chartbook#'

The vote for the feature: Copy chart drawings from one chart to another chart (also to another chartbook).

The copy chart drawings feature works perfectly, as described here

http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_ChartSettings.html#CopyChartDrawingsfromChart

What I mean is specific colour groupings per chartbook.

I'm sorry, there was a misunderstanding. I mean, to be able to manually copy the selected drawing to another chart.

If you read our support policy you will see that a response is not always given to feature requests. Our time has to be properly allocated to maintain efficiency and get other tasks done.

This is a costly feature request which is not in demand.
