Hi, there's some market stats data problems on using the SC Forex Data (FXCM) data feed. Im wanting to do some trade simulations on some old data. Ive randomly chosen the date 2014-12-01 to 2014-12-20. Now, I find that its no problem getting the Forex Markets and the CFD markets. But the following Market stats im getting problems with : TICK - NASDAQ TICK - NYSE But oddly enough the other markets are okay such as : TRIN - NASDAQ okay TRIN - NYSE okay How do I get around this problem? Thanks Stephen |

The problem is simply when I go to > find symbol > market stats and choose $TICK NYSE (SC) there is no data appearing on the chart. I also notice under > chart settings > main settings > date range in file it says unknown to unknown. Where usually for other data the date range is 2013-09-04 to 2015-01-15. |

I've also noticed that on TICK-NYSE date range in file is 2014-07-11 to 2015-01-15. but when I check use number of days to load and set it to 0 I get data for the last 2 days then the data jumps to 2014-07-28 to 2014-07-11. Then when I check use number of days to load and set it to anything greater than 2. I only get the past 2 days of data? |

The correct symbol to use is TICK-NYSE. $TICK NYSE is not valid. Sounds like there is some problem with the downloaded historical data done previously. Maybe some missing data. Go to the chart and select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
