Lagging trad shortcut keys

Hello, I hope your day is going well. I have an oco set up, I have no lag using the Dom point and click buttons, with my trading hotkeys, there is lag with the oco, sometimes they work perfect and other times they either lag by a few seconds, or they flat out don't work. I am in SIM mode at the moment trying to set up the hot keys. Any suggestions on how to get rid of the lag? |

We are going to look into this problem. We can see a scenario where keyboard shortcuts would be ignored and that is when the Trade Window on a chart or Trade DOM has the focus.
