bid and ask not acurate for my feed

Hi I am usng sierra with fxcm fix connection. The charts show mid price i know but the bid ask markers are incorrect for my feed , only the ask of cause but as much as 5 pipetes. How do I correct this please.

I contacted FXCM today they replied
Hi,

Sierra Charts provides only one set of prices for all users which is the row spreads, we can’t put in Sierra Charts program another prices since it’s not FXCM software,
you can use Trading Station charts to see the prices for your account,

I assumed that the api fix was a direct link to my account and my prices ( i dont use the raw spread plus commission model as prefer spread bet for uk tax benefits)

Also on the live chat they said they had not heard from you about this but their life chat hardly knows much in my experience.
What I am trying to establish is if in fact sierra can through the api fix chart the prices on my fxcm account or if they are just a generic price for all fxcm clients.
If they cannot I may abandon fxcm and use a supported broker as opposed to a spread bet . Please let me know your thoughts

Yes. 2 out of the 3 connections now provide the Bid and Ask which should match your account.

If you do not see the correct prices, select File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed. The Bid and Ask prices should be correct.

Let us know and then we will update the last connection.
