how do i cut down my daily data usage, any suggestions?

I have to trade from a work environment which can limit my data usage for that day, is there settings i can change or things that i can do that will cut down my daily data usage? any suggestions will be helpful, thank you.

The only thing that comes to mind is to set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Intraday Data Storage Time Unit to 1 Minute.
