charts not connecting to live feed from Trans act

Moved my office. Set everything up and have no live feed from Transact. When i turn my charts on im getting a "not connected" signal in red in upper right corner. I did download the updated version of sierra charts as requested on the screen. What do i need to do to get up and running. |
