Hello I'm confused with your pricing structure. If I want to do intraday trades using the numbers bars, and I need the data feed. I understand that it will cost $40 a month and this price includes the data feed. My broker is TD Ameritrade and I'm assuming that I will be able to trade using your platform and my broker directly from the Sierra Chart platform. Thank you Ofer Date Time Of Last Edit: 2015-01-06 05:02:38

What markets do you need data for and want to trade? For example, what particular futures, Forex or stock symbols. You can also give us the exchanges that the particular symbol or symbols trade on.

Therefore, TD Ameritrade is not a good choice because Sierra Chart does not support trading futures through TD Ameritrade because the interface they provide does not support this. We recommend using another supported trading service. Otherwise, we do not think this would be appropriate and we do not want to make any recommendation in support of using TD Ameritrade for your purposes. Thank you, Assuming I'm not executing my trades directly from your platform. Is the cost $40 a month include s the data? Is there any other fees? |

The data feed cost would be 35 USD a month plus 3.25/Month for the CME + 10.5/Month for US equities. Plus the cost of the Sierra Chart service package. So this would be another 40 USD a month. Thank you for your respond, Based on your answer and my research I tend to connect to AMP brokerage and use your platform. AMP will provide the data feed for the futures. Will my cost to Sierra Chart be $40? What are the available discounts? thank you ofer |

The cost is 40 USD a month for Service Package 5. There is a discount when paying for multiple months.

AMP/TTNet provides Sierra package 3 for free with no monthly trading minimums. Package 5 is $25/month. There is no need to purchase a direct license with Sierra when using Sierra thru AMP. I have an account with them.....this is how I know this.

Hello bekitz3, Thank you for your reply I spoke with AMP today and they implement a new pricing this month. They charge $15 a month for the data feed. How do you get the free Sierra license? Did you set it up with AMP? Thank you, Ofer |

The $15/month is the new CME mandated exchange fees going forward from 2015 and on. This is separate of platform choice. You could choose Ninjatrader with CQG as the data feed with AMP and you would still be charged the $15 CME fee. What I was saying is that if you choose the Sierra/TTNet offering from AMP, the platform fees are as follows: Package 3 = free Package 5 = $25/mo No trading minimums required either. Also take a look at this thread: CME 'Top of Book' data option I'm currently trying to figure out how to choose the 'Top of Book' option ($3/mo) that CME offers and how to get this functionality specifically for Sierra/TTNet thru AMP. |
