hello support

i am connected to the ib platform but i am not receiving any data; therefore no new bars are forming on the charts for today's trading. i have not made any changes since my last login so i have not caused anything to go wrong. today i did tried to update the ib workstation but received the message that i am using the latest version. can you please help. thanks

I'm on IB as well and some time ago everybody had to subscribe to different data
packages otherwise the old packages end with the new year and thus no live data anymore.
Don't know if that's the case with you?
