Hi, I seem to be having issues modifying orders when using the ZB5H contract when using chart trading in live simulated mode. All works well with other types of contracts(6EH5 for example), but those that use a fraction instead of a decimal to report seem to have an issue. I get the following error: Order Modification Error: TransAct Trading order report (Order cancel/replace reject). Info: Failed to Modify Order. Internal Order ID: 145475. Service Order ID: 30693819 | 2014-12-29 10:09:18 * What I did in the above case was as follows: 1. Chart trading turned 2. Simulated trading turned off 3. Using the popup menu(right click) select sell stop-limit well below the market 4. Attempt to move the entry closer to the current market. Please advise. Thanks. |

We see a problem with this as well. We are contacting TransAct.

We provided clear information to TransAct about this but did not hear back. We will resend the message. What we found is that when an order was modified for ZB5H , the server would interpret the price differently than provided. The interpretation of the price was correct for the original order entry. And when modifying the order to just one tick different which would be an integer value difference of 1 and using the same divisor, it would wrongly be interpreted. TransAct uses integers for order prices. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Possibly. We got a new bridge program from TransAct yesterday and released it in the prerelease. Update Sierra Chart with Help >> Download Prerelease and let us know if you see the problem.
