Would like to know how spreadsheet data is ordered: top to bottom, or the reverse?

I have numerous Excel spread sheet models of data I use to make timing decisions. I would like to have someone convert these to actual functioning signal or trading systems.

However, some have data ordered from top to bottom (with most recent prices, etc. in row #1), and others just the reverse, with new data added to the bottom, where row 'x' is the most recent.

I want to start converting them to the same format which will be compatible with Sierra Chart SS system but can not see even one example or reference in your documentation to know which convention is used in your spreadsheet ecosystem. Can you help me with this?

When using the Spreadsheet Study in Sierra Chart, the most recent data in the chart is at the top row which is row 3.
