не дает убрать отложенный ордер

при ликвидации позиций выставляется отложенный ордер pending cancel, и не дает с ним не чего делать. не дает возможность двигать его, или отменить.

There are several reports of this problem today. This is going to be an issue on the Rithmic side from what we can see. If you cannot cancel an order, contact your broker to cancel the order.
