CQG weekend bars

Hi SC team, I have weekend bars for any symbols using AMP CQG data feed. Checking/uncheking options "Include columns with no data" and "Do not draw columns with no data" do not seem working as well as re-downloading of the data. Could you please help with that? Thanks.

This data has been cleaned up. This is yet another problem with the CQG data feed.

Follow the instructions in help topic 2.1.2 to re-download the data:

It happens almost every weekend (if I log in and load a chartbook during a weekend, I usually get bars like those) but on Sunday evening/Monday morning it gets back to normal after re-downloading data. This time it was different. Thank you.

Hi SC team, there are the same problems with data for Christmas day (Dec 25) and yesterday close. Upgrading to 1220 won't help. Could you please clean it up once again? Thanks.

Download data for that symbol again. You may need to do it twice since the cleanup of data is not complete across all servers yet.

We are going to clean up the data now. Please allow about 15 minutes. After that time you can re-download the data following the standard procedure for this.

CQG is aware of the problem and there is not anything more we can do until they resolve it.
