Previous support ticket was closed before a solution was found. I post that ticket below for your reference. How do I stop historical data from being downloaded into an intraday chart? SC documentation says "When historical data is being downloaded into the chart, then additional data will be loaded into the chart beyond what was initially loaded from the local data file on your system. Therefore, the Days to Load setting will get exceeded. After the historical data is downloaded, if you wish to have no more than the Days to Load data loaded, then select Chart >> Reload and Recalculate on the menu."
