I would like to prototype a POC statistical analysis tool.
I need to be able to get the value of the POC Price level at any particular bar and periodicity.

STATISTICS

How do you obtain values for..
-- Highest High for Session x
-- Lowest Low for Session x
-- TIC Increment
-- Average Volume at Price
-- Maximum trades at Price (MODE)
-- POC Volume
-- Open for US Session Highest High, Lowest Low
