I was displeased with not having my data this morning not having my data. The data was paid for yesterday and should be available when the market opens unless you had some technical difficulties. The last time my data subscription expired you cut service without notification. This is a two way street so I hope you learn from this incident. Yours Winston Peak |

The problem is your Sierra Chart usage time had ended. There is a notice given within the last 4 days of usage time ending within Sierra Chart and also when you start Sierra Chart. This is the message: Notice: # days of full use Remaining. To continue full use the software and services, purchase more usage time by selecting 'Help >> Add Usage Credit' on the menu. Maybe the Message Log is not visible to you. In this case select Window >> Reset Windows. The problem is you made a payment to your Additional Services Balance. You did not make a payment for usage time. Sometimes this mistake is made. And there is a notice that you have to acknowledge that when paying for Additional Services Balance, that it is not for Sierra Chart usage time and it explains what form to use.
