The Grid Lines in the attachment are almost squared. Is there anyway to set the x/y axis so the ratio will remain constant when enlarging or decreasing the chart size ?

Only if the vertical and horizontal pixel ratio remains the same. This is something we have no control over.

The only practical advice we can offer is when you are changing the size of the window you need to change it in such a way to maintain the same ratio of vertical to horizontal height so that the grid remains square. But we assume that you already know this.
