What do I do if data is lacking in spite of deleting and reloading the chart? In my case data October 19 2014 to November 19 2014 is lacking for CLF15

These are just basic instruction - it does not explain why I have 5 years data before October 19th 2014 and all after November 19th - but not the month in between. I tried to delete and reload several times. Here is the screenshot |

I finally deleted all the scid files in the data folder and started all over. Now October shows.
