Problem with price projection tool

Hello,

I bought package 2 for 3 months(9$ for months ), but I don't have permission to price projection tool.What I have to do to give me that permission? Of course I pay for permission, but I want to don't lose payment for 3 months.What cheapest package choose to have permission for this tool?

There is no charge for this. What happens is the Sierra Chart usage time will be adjusted.

This is the new usage time ending date:

Current Usage Time Ending Date: (YYYY-MM-DD) 2015-01-11 23:59:59 GMT

You need to restart Sierra Chart now.

Although, we just realized that the Price Projection tool is included with service package 3 and 5 and not 1 that we changed your Service Package to.

We will include it with package 1 and 2 in the next release coming out in the next one to two days.

So we will change your service package back to 2. We have now done this.

Currently your service package is on 2. We will have a new release out tomorrow, which will give you access to the Price Projection tool on package 2.

Sierra Chart Service Package 2 does not include the SC Historical Data Service.

so I want package 3 beacouse there are access to SC Historical Data Service.What do I have to change?

To change your Sierra Chart service package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on "Change Service Package".

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your usage time is adjusted.
