Hello, I bought package 2 for 3 months(9$ for months ), but I don't have permission to price projection tool.What I have to do to give me that permission? Of course I pay for permission, but I want to don't lose payment for 3 months.What cheapest package choose to have permission for this tool? |

Although, we just realized that the Price Projection tool is included with service package 3 and 5 and not 1 that we changed your Service Package to. We will include it with package 1 and 2 in the next release coming out in the next one to two days. So we will change your service package back to 2. We have now done this. To change your Sierra Chart service package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on "Change Service Package". The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package.
