Windows 8.1 - Sierra Chart loads slowly or not at all?

Hi all, I was warned prior to purchasing a new laptop with Windows 8.1. My chartbook is not loading or takes 10 minutes to load. Please advise if there a any fixes for this type of problem. Thank you in advance |
