Improperly Activated Second Data Account

A few minutes ago, in the process of trying to resolve a problem I seem to be having today with my SC data, I improperly activated a second data feed. As soon as I realized what I had done (within one minute) I deactivated that account. However, I notice that my funds balance was reduced by about $20. The instructions say "Non-refundable", but in this type of circumstance, are you able to place the $20 back into my account? I would appreciate it. Ged |
