Sierra Charts not activating

system not booting get some error messages (which I always get) but system hangs cannot change anything. Help !!! Tried loading latest version but no change. Message Log does not go to completion took snapshot and attached file

Sierra Chart Engineering - Posts: 104368
Exit from Sierra Chart and go to the the Sierra Chart Data Files Folder. This usually is C:\SierraChart\data

Delete the following files:
AB`Z4.scid
NQ`Z.scid

There are data errors which apparently are causing a problem.

Problem solved Msg board minimized saw a problem --- bad data reloaded data from provider (Mytrack) and now up and running no need to reply
