Is it possible to export (for future edit and import) SC colors and menu configuration in a plain txt or xml file?

Suppose I found some (red and green) colors which has perfect look on my screen. And now I would like to change all default (red and green) SC colors to my. I need to click every item in config menu and set this colors manually for every item ((( But if I will get text file with colors export - I can simply replace colors in any text editor and then import it back to SC.

Another feature of such import/export is "theming". I prefer dark backgrounds and pastel colors to avoid my eyes. But sometimes I must use default (white backgrounded) colors. If export/import is working - I can load any color scheme what I need right now.

The same situation with main menu. I don't use all items and what to "hide" unused items somewhere under "global" item "All SC menus" and leave in main menu only my hot items (some like custom popup context menu configuration). If it will be possible to export menu structure to txt/xml file, then edit it, and then import back - it will be great solution.

Is this tasks can be done with some SC tools or writing specific ASCIL study or somewhere else?
