If you are using the Spreadsheet Study and outputting data to Excel, then avoid using Excel. We do not support any technical problems that are encountered when using Microsoft Excel.

This can also be caused by the TransAct interface software and that problem will be resolved next week with a new different interface being used to TransAct.
