Chart not updating

Hello, My charts do not update to the latest quote, while the quote updates on the Right margin of the graph. I have deleted/downloaded the file several times and checked for all the possible issues suggested by previous help pages. I have disabled *.scid files from my antivirus. Restarted SierraChart etc. I would like to attach a pic of my chart indicating a quote of 1646.75 while the chart is stuck on 1646.25. How's this? http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1368619561771.png I think, at the time the image was captured price had moved back to the chart, so I don't know if the issue is visible. I had saved an image at the time price was 1646.75 but I don't see how to attach an image file from my computer in this message. Thank you. |

Do you have Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> More Interactive Brokers Settings >> Record True Real-Time Data in Intraday Charts enabled? If so, then disable it and reconnect to the data feed.
