Checked with Gain Capitol & they are not experiencing any problems with their feed with Sierra Charts & says it is turned on & working fine. However my live trading charts are intermittently disconnecting & reconnecting frequently. I was in a trade & had to get out when it reconnected so not to lose any more money as the connection is too intermittent. Then when I flattened out the trade it had a -$150 loss however when called trading desk they said it was a -$184 which is not shown on Sierra charts. Also my trade positions & Daily Net PL shows zero. Clearly my charts from Sierra Charts are not working & need an immediate fix in order to keep trading. Thanks I can send you my log if that would help you figure out what is going on with my charts. I am sending you my chart log for your review. Thanks

We do see the connection problems in your Sierra Chart Message Log. This is one of them: OEC FAST Data socket (968) | Closed. Windows error code 10053: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine. | 2014-10-29 04:39:06 OEC FAST Data socket (968) | Shutdown and closed. | 2014-10-29 04:39:06 OEC FAST Data: Socket connection was closed without any logout messages sent or received. | 2014-10-29 04:39:06 Connection to the external service has been lost. | 2014-10-29 04:39:06 From what we can tell there are two possibilities here. Either a problem with the OEC server or a connectivity problem on your side. We do not have the ability to determine what the problem is but OEC does. However, from what we can tell it looks more to be on your side because we also have a connection to the same server and we are not noticing a problem at this time.
