Hi There,
I'm using Study/Price overlay to compare two or three charts with different symbols. All charts are in the same region and have the same type of scale (Constant Range, using the same price percentage for each symbol). However, I have not found a way or any setting to have the three charts start from the same common point. There is a way to have the charts end in the same point but the purpose of this double or triple symbol chart is to compare the symbols' performance against each other, and therefore it is necessary that they begin in the same common point.

1. Is there a setting that I am missing to have all charts begin from the same common point?
2. Is this the correct study for this purpose?

Attached is a copy of the three symbol chart.

Thanks

If the Scale Range for each of the studies is Independent, we do not see how this can be accomplished.

Scale range does not have to be independent but I could not find a way to set the scale to percentage, which is the way it is usually set in this type of charts.

1. Can the scale in any chart be set to percentage change (not logarithmic)?
2. Going back to the original post, is this the correct study for this purpose? (attached is a chart using other software of wht I am trying to accomplish.

Thanks

Hi There,

I did not understand your answer "This is not supported"

1. Do you mean this type of charts are not available with Sierra
2. Or do you mean that these questions are "not supported" by Sierra Support Board.

Thank You

Eduardo de Carlo:

Please post this as a new topic. What you are asking is different from the above and therefore should not be in the same thread.

Also, we re not understanding the issue you are having and what you mean by "Difference Price". Please give us a screenshot with your posting so we can understand what you are asking.
