Dear sir or madam, Around 2 1/2 hours ago I purchased a one-month service of you for package nr 3. The details in your website (my account management) are updated already, but SC software is still displaying "free mode" and thus I cannot connect to TWS. There is a problem connecting to the Sierra Chart Web server.
