Dear, At this moment I am using Sierra Chart in the Trial period. I have problems to establisch a connection with my interactive brokers account. Is this due to the fact I am in a Trial Period? or is something wrong with the connection settings? (Please find attached the LOG file) I find the program pretty complicated but once going it looks very good. I am interested also in back testing en to program specific alerts on the technical analysis. Once I pay for the service is it possible to get some support to set up the allerts en backtesting? Already thanks for your answer. Best regards, Anita van den Bedem |
