OEC has not responded to us. This is a problem with the OEC FIX server.

We discovered what the problem is. OEC has changed the SSL version on the server. And rather than giving an error, it just drops the connection.

We are changing the SSL version Sierra Chart uses on the client-side to resolve this. We will have a new release out in about 15 minutes.

OEC has changed the SSL version on the server which required a change in Sierra Chart.


This is now done. Update Sierra Chart with Help >> Download Prerelease. After the update you will be able to connect to OEC.
