strange orders popping up at different times

I've got wierd orders popping up by themselves and my broker is not able to help- he said it is a SC issue. Please assist.

We understand why some of these issues are occurring. It relates to the new TransAct API and an unexpected state that orders have in the order list after they have been modified.

This is now patched in version 975. We are releasing it in the next 10 minutes. You can update with Help >> Download Current Version.

I've updated the software version and random orders are no longer popping up but I'm still having problems. My "child" attached orders are disapearing on their own and other orders I put in their place are not being compliant with my instructions when trying to move them around. Please take a closer look and let me know.

The reason for this is that when an order is modified, the prior order is canceled. The previous problem was that these canceled orders were still showing as open orders in the newer TransAct API. So we have to ignore them completely. When synchronizing the Sierra Chart order list to the TransAct order list, we have to skip that process but that that resulted in orders being internally canceled when they still are working. This is now resolved. We are releasing version 976 now.
