OEC and SC Package 2 - Not working

I have an OEC account and just purchased a Package 2 subscription for one months. I can open SC, but whenever I try and open a chart (say for ES), nothing happens. Can somebody help please? |

You will need Sierra Chart package 1 or 3 instead. To change your Sierra Chart service package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on "Change Service Package". The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Why do I need Package 3? I just want intraday charts, which your website says are included in package 2. Nowhere on your website does it say that I need Package 3 to trade with OEC. I am confused. P.S. And what exactly CAN I do with package2? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2014-10-24 10:28:45

Hello? Can somebody please explain what exactly it is that I CAN do with Package 2? Trying as I might, but SC does not allow me to do anything with Package 2. What exactly did I pay 9$ for?

@User88278: Since your Sierra Chart account is linked to TopStepTrader, You will only be able to use Sierra Chart with Top Step Trader and no other Data or Trading service, although the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service is still included with service package 3 and 5.
