Attached is my config for two DOMs, both opened from an IB copy of SC. Left DOM uses a remote IQFeed data instance for chart data, and is using the IB data as an alternate source. Why am I not getting depth for the DOM on the left? In the right DOM, it is using IB for all data and it has depth.

In both copies of SC I have the General Settings->"Use Non Chart Data From Remote Instances" set to True.

I can place orders correctly using the DOM config on the left, by the way, so it seems to be working fine except no depth.

When you go to the instance of Sierra Chart connected to IQ Feed and open a chart for that symbol you are not getting depth for and select Chart >> Open Market Depth Window, do you see market depth?

No, I don't because I don't subscribe to depth through IQFeed... I do get it from IB though, and I would think that would come from IB with the config I posted previously.

Uncheck this:

Global Settings >> General Settings >>Use Non Chart Data From Remote Instances.

After that reconnect to the data feed with the Disconnect and Connect commands on the File menu.

This fixed the problem -- I read the syntax of the option incorrectly, as I see now it was trying to pull depth from IQFeed when it was not there. Sorry for the noobish question.
