I have 2 chartbooks - you can see them in attachment of my monitor window
chart book #1. m6E - PA with Mack
Chartbook #2. m6E - PA wiwth Mack, REV1

chartbook #2 is set as my start up chart book.
I removed chartbook #1 and did File > Save As and gave it a chartbook name same as chartbook #2
Problem
when I bring up Sierra Chart, I still have chartbook #1 and chartbook #2 on the same monitor window. Obviously I am confused on naming conventions. Is there something under FILE menu that I can use to delete chartbook #1 and have it not show up in my screen (Workspace) the next time I log into Sierra Chart ?

It sounds like both of them are set to be automatically opened on start up.

Check this under Global Settings >> General Settings >>Files to Open on Startup.

I checked that before posting and again, see attachment.

Possibly a bug as I originally had Chartbook #1 for start up and I removed it and added Chartbook #2 for start up.

Chartbook #2 is active for Start Up, but I still see Chart Book #1 on my monitor (Workspace) I can live with this, but I suspect there is a way of removing Chartbook #1 and having it stay removed when I log back on. Right now, I remove Chartbook #1 and attempt to save this setup (not doing something right here) and it comes back when I log back on.

It is possible that the TransAct software is set to open that Chartbook automatically. Otherwise, there is no reason for a chart book to be opened if it is not in the Files to Open On Start up list within Sierra Chart.

Let me state the question in a different way.
Referring to my 1st attachment
I go to the File menu at the top and I do this
1. I close chartbook - m6E PA with Mack
2. I Save chartbook As - m6E PA with Mack, REV1
that is what I would like my top toolbar to look like when I start up chartbook m6E PA with Mack, REV1. It doesn't, it has both of the chartbooks on the top tool bar. Having both chartbooks on the top toolbar is handy if I wanted to switch between chartbooks by using the top toolbar instead of File > Open Chartbook - but I don't really want 2 chartbooks on the top toolbar. I just want to save the top toolbar with 1 chartbook. As this is a simple request, I assume there is a way of doing this, that I don't know about.

If there is only 1 Chartbook listed in Global Settings >> General Settings >>Files to Open on Start up and you are running a current version of Sierra Chart, then we cannot provide further help with this.
