My Sierra Chart was "shut down"

I think my broker shut down the bridge to my Sierra Charts package in error. I am unable to connect to Sierra Charts. I pay the monthly $27 for package 3. I am closing out my account with TransAct Futures today and I believe they shut down Sierra Charts in error as they also offer Sierra Charts to their clients. Please reconnect me to Sierra Charts!

The problem you are experiencing is that you cannot connect to TransAct. They provide futures trading functionality and market data.
