Hello, could you help me to find out why it takes more than 20 minutes to download chart datas always when I am conecting Sierra chart to IB account? It take so long after enabling :Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Exchange Data Feed. J. |

Hello, here is the message log only for one Chart (NQ-201412). I had to open a new chart because if I open one of my saved chartbooks, there is always 4 or 5 charts.
