Hi,

May I also know why are there inconsistent gaps when the chart is set to 1-min?

The chart does not flow consistently in 1-min, it jumps.

i.e,
18:05 - 18:07
18:15 - 18:20
19:20 - 19:23
etc

Datafeed: Rithmic

The most likely reason is there was no trading at those times.

Otherwise, this question is outside the scope of our support.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.

But it doesn't make sense for the chart to skip minutes right?

If there was no trading the chart could just print the next minute.
There are times during the overnight session when the price stays unchange but the chart prints the next minute.

We have to do a comparison. Tell us the time zone that Sierra Chart is set to. Otherwise we have no point of reference. It is complete normal during overnight hours, for a chart not to contain data for every minute. This may not be unusual for the US bond market.

If you want to include a column for every minute, then you need to check Chart >> Chart Settings >>Include Columns with No Data.

Hi,

I get your point, I thought there is something wrong with the datafeed or how SC processes the feed.

If your team would like to do a comparison, my timezone is on Eastern Time.

Thanks.
