The Sierra Chart doesn't follow the price

Hello we have a problem: The Sierra Chart doesn't follow the price. We tried to down lode the new version and delete and down lode data and it didn't help. Also the charts are in 3 minute in a delay. Please see 4 pictures attached.

We see you are using OEC. This is an OEC data feed problem.


We recommend selecting File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed.

The problem with the price is fixed. But now we don't have any data on the order-flow and the zig-zag study.
We asked OEC and they answered that this is an issue with your end.

Hello. We did all the above and noting help.The Ordrr-flow have no data and the zig-zag is on volume=0
Please see picture attached for the charts and the message log that we are getting.

Not sure what the problem with the Zig Zag study is but it is meant to be used on the main price graph only.

Not sure why you are getting that study exception, but this might be because you are using the old Numbers Bars study.

You need to go into Analysis >> Studies and remove the studies that do not have a valid name. And add them again.
