Help, anyone experiencing sticky price movements? The current price bars on my multiple time frames are not showing, all studies stuck and static, but I'm connected. I downloaded the current version and nothing happened. Help, need quick fix. Thanks

Now completely stuck. Closed and reopened 5x already. Completely crapped out. Can a tech contact me at 703-300-0905 for a remote support. I'm dead in the water with the chart. Can't see the last price bars, studies unresponsive.

I am experiencing exactly the same problems as User202014 except that one of my charts - e-mini Dow Jones seems to be moving. All other charts are static - e-mini Nasdaq, e-mini S&P and EMD. Prices are not updated at all. I downloaded the current versiĆ³n 1201 of SC and it didn't help at all.

I am in a need of quick fix as well.

WTF?? Picked a hell of a day to crap out. Should have never cancelled my back up chart service.

Peter, I followed the reload instruction with version 1201 and same result, prices now gyrate from 3775 to 3760 in the NQ in split second intervals. I'm done, too dangerous. Wasted opps today. Hope you made some money at least before this mess.

This is an OEC issue. It is not within our control. You need to contact OEC about this.

This is an issue earlier with one of the servers with the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. We are looking into it.

To switch to another server select File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed.
