I'm using SC 1199 with OEC. Sierra Chart is not able to modify an order that is initially placed from the OEC software. SC shows an order initially placed from the OEC software as order type unknown. See attached. The Sell order at 1070.1 was placed using OEC software and the type shows up as "Unk." I can't modify this order. THe Sell order at 1071.3 was placed using SC and shows up as type LMT, and I can modify this order. It's not super critical for me to have this fixed, I just cancel the OEC order and replace it with an SC one, but it would be nice to have it fixed. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2014-10-19 22:15:06

There is nothing we can do to solve this. This is a limitation of the OEC system.
