This means you have not selected the correct symbol and correct Trade Account at the top of the Trade Activity Log.

As I stated previously, it wont let me select the correct trade account and correct symbol. If I select it, it goes back to sim in the accounts pull down selector and simulated in the pull down selector for sim, non-sim. shane ps after restarting Sierra , I can now select "all" accounts and "all" symbols with "non sim" which shows live trades. Still unable to select individual symbols or individual accts. will restart again Date Time Of Last Edit: 2014-10-13 18:03:09

A restart is not necessary. Tell us what symbol you are selecting which causes the order fill source to go to Simulated. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. either TF FMZ0014! or CLX4-NYMEX Those were the only one I traded today. Perhaps it is the rithmic connection. otherwise I can view all symbols and all accounts under non-simulated. I just cant select an individual symbol. |

So when you select one of those symbols, the list box at the top of the Trade activity Log that contains the order activity sources is set to Simulated? Not sure it matters, but update Sierra Chart to the current version. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. it switches back to sim if I try and select a symbol. If I leave it on " All " symbols, then it will stay on the live account and I can view activity of all the symbols. If I try to select one symbol, then it switches to sim in the top boxes ( drop down menu boxes ) weird , right ? I will update thanks shane |

This makes sense because the symbol has [Sim] in front of it.

yes but I did not select sim, thats the problem That happens when I select live, it just defaults back to sim if i try to select individual symbol while i have live account selected. Again, I cannot view the activity of individual symbols under live account. I can only view live activity of all symbols. thanks shane |

What this means is there is no non-simulated trade activity for a symbol if you do not see [Sim] in front of it.
